At 11am at the Octavi Viader i Margarit Public Library. Given by Josep Pont, nutritional consultant and trainer. We will discover the nutritional properties of oily fish and the benefits it brings to our health and wellbeing. We will talk about its content of Omega 3, vitamins and minerals, as well as its role within a healthy and balanced diet. Question and answer session at the end of the conference and delivery of a small explanatory dossier of recipes with a taste of the sea.
